Kaya

Meet Kaya, a friendly and energetic girl who loves to be around people and is hugely affectionate! She has been thriving in a foster home which has given us a wonderful insight into her day to day home life. She is fully housetrained on foster and will helpfully let you know when its time and is looking for a garden to call her own for further training and to channel her youthful energy. Kaya is a young and friendly girl who is excited meeting people, however she has shown her ability to be calm, gentle and loving in her foster home with visitors. She still believes herself to be a lap dog and relishes time on the sofa for a cuddle or two.
Kaya loves trying to say hello to people and dogs on walks and as such she is continuing her training on walks and has made great progress with this on foster. She is looking for a home with interest and willingness to continue the training and provide routine and consistency in the new home. Kaya is best suited to live in a quiet residential area away with no neighbouring children as she can get anxious and frustrated. So a home set back from main footpaths and foot traffic would suit Kaya the most. Kaya has shown she is an excellent project dog and is looking for an experienced adult only home to give her the time and love she deserves and she will make a loving companion.
A note from Kaya's fosterers, who she is currently with:
'Kaya is a friendly, curious and goofy girl. She loves her food, is eager to please and loves learning new commands. She is very affectionate and really loves cuddles on the sofa. In the short time she has been with us, she has progressed leaps and bounds developing into a calmer and obedient girl. With continued love and encouragement, Kaya will be a wonderful dog for whoever is lucky enough to adopt her.'
