Annabelle
Meet Annabelle, a lively and bubbly adolescent Husky cross sighthound with a big personality and plenty of energy to spare! Annabelle is a playful, curious and independent lady who also has a streak of mischievous stubbornness that add to her charm. As an athletic and high energy dog, Annabelle will need an active home with plenty of opportunities for exercise and metal stimulation. A secure garden is a must, to allow her safe off lead time and exercise. She wouldn’t thrive in an urban environment, so a rural, semi-rural or quiet residential area would suit her best. Annabelle is still learning its ok being left alone for short periods, so will require patience and understanding as she settles into her new home. Her new family should be ready to see her as a rewarding project and will ideally have experience with Huskies or similar breeds, as she exhibits many of their traits, including being vocal and talkative. She has the potential to live with another dog pending successful introductions at our centre and would benefit from the companionship of having another canine friend in the home. Annabelle enjoys routine, and once bonded, she loves being close to her people especially for lots of cuddles on the sofa!
Annabelle will be accepting interest until Friday 24th January and at this point, the Rehoming team will invite a potential adopter in to meet them. Please email or call and leave a voicemail if you are already registered and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will endeavour to consider all new applications but, due to high demand we cannot guarantee that we will be able to register you by a certain date.
