Nigel

Nigel is a lively and loving boy who’s all about human company. He’s happiest when he’s with his people and struggles with being left alone, so he’s looking for a home where someone is around most of the time. Any time spent apart should be built up gradually to help him feel secure. Nigel may need a bit of guidance with housetraining, but he’s eager to please and loves a bit of fuss. He’s a total lap dog and cuddler who will happily try to lick your face and gently nibble your ears—he just can’t get enough affection! Out and about, Nigel is full of enthusiasm and would enjoy walks in quieter areas to begin with. While he can walk in most locations, we’d recommend avoiding very busy dog hotspots while he settles and would benefit from further training around his focus and attention. Nigel would do best as the only dog in the home for now, though with time, training, and the right introductions, he may be able to build towards having visiting dogs in the future. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who’ll be your shadow and keep you smiling, Nigel might just be your perfect match.
