Douglas
Meet Douglas, a shy but sweet boy who has made great strides in confidence while in foster care. Initially timid, Douglas has slowly blossomed into a more curious and affectionate cat, though he still needs time to fully trust new people. He would thrive in a calm, patient home with an adopter who understands that he may need some extra time and space to adjust. Douglas is incredibly rewarding to be around as he gradually warms up, and with the right environment, his affectionate and gentle personality will shine through.
Douglas will be accepting interest until Friday 18th October and at this point, the Rehoming team will invite a potential adopter in to meet them. Please email or call and leave a voicemail if you are already registered and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will endeavour to consider all new applications but, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to register you by a certain date.
More details about Douglas
Douglas previously lived in a residential area, so may be more road conscious than some cats. To stop Douglas wandering back to his old area, he cannot be rehomed to certain areas of Chippenham.
