Meet Benji, a loving and affectionate boy looking for a quiet adult only home to flourish. Benji has shown to develop a close friendship with his main carers, and we expect him to form this same bond with his adopters once he’s settled into his new home. Unlike many collies, Benji would be comfortable being a companion dog, as long as he has a garden with enough space to fetch tennis balls in – a favourite pastime of his! Benji rides happily in the car, however he can be anxious of traffic so would prefer walks in quiet areas away from the road. We have seen first hand that Benji’s nervousness can be alleviated with patience (and chicken!), and what he needs is someone to continue this positive reinforcement whilst on walks.
